This Diamond Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the Ushorts platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We", or "Us").
To better provide services to you, please read this Agreement carefully and fully understand its contents before using this service. Key contents, such as clauses that exempt or limit the Platform's liability and dispute resolution methods, are highlighted in bold. Please read them with special attention.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not proceed with any further operations (including but not limited to clicking purchase or recharge buttons) or use this service.
Special Notice: The Platform is primarily intended for adult users. If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), please stop using this service immediately, or read this Agreement carefully accompanied by your legal guardian, and use this service and its payment functions only with the consent of your guardian.
1. Definition of Diamonds "Diamonds" are digital virtual goods provided by the Platform for use solely within the Ushorts Platform. "Diamonds" are not legal tender, virtual currency, bank deposits, or prepayment vouchers. They possess no monetary value, do not accrue interest, and cannot be reverse-exchanged for legal tender, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
2. Scope of Use and Redemption After purchasing "Diamonds," you may use them to obtain value-added services or benefits provided by the Platform according to the instructions on the relevant pages. Based on the Platform's current operational rules, Diamonds can be used to redeem the following specific benefits:
Special Note: The specific redemption items, the amount of Diamonds required, and the validity period of benefits are subject to adjustments based on market conditions and operational strategies. Please refer to the real-time display on the App page at the time of your redemption or use. Once you use Diamonds to complete the aforementioned redemption or unlocking, the service is deemed fulfilled and is irrevocable.
3. Official Channels and Exclusivity You must purchase "Diamonds" through the official channels designated by the Platform (i.e., Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing system). The Platform strictly prohibits users from purchasing Diamonds through any unauthorized channels (such as third-party recharging services, e-commerce platform private transactions, etc.). If you purchase through unauthorized channels, the Platform reserves the right to deduct the Diamonds, lock your account, or permanently ban your account without compensation.
4. Non-Transferability Unless otherwise mandated by laws and regulations, the "Diamonds" in your account are for your personal use on the Ushorts Platform only. They may not be transferred between different accounts, gifted, borrowed, assigned, inherited, or used for any form of instant or over-the-counter trading.
1. Payment Service Providers You understand and agree that the recharge service of Ushorts relies on the payment channels of third-party app stores (Apple IAP or Google Play Billing). When recharging, you must also comply with the service agreements and transaction rules of the respective app store.
2. Pricing and Exchange Rates The purchase price of "Diamonds" is subject to the amount displayed on the payment page at the time of your recharge. Due to exchange rate differences in different countries/regions, tax policies, or the pricing strategies of the app stores, the selling price of the same amount of Diamonds may vary across regions or channels. This is normal commercial behavior, and the Platform is not obligated to compensate you for any price difference.
3. Timeliness and Error Handling Under normal circumstances, Diamonds will be credited to your account immediately after payment is completed. However, due to network delays, third-party payment system failures, or other reasons, there may be brief delays.

General Principle: All Sales Final Given the special nature of virtual goods, unless explicitly required by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this Agreement, once Diamonds are successfully recharged, the "Right of Withdrawal" or "No-Reason Return/Refund" rules do not apply. Regardless of whether you have used the Diamonds (including but not limited to having redeemed Ad-Free cards or VIP duration), you may not request a refund or exchange them for legal tender.
2. App Store Rules Prevail If you purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that: All refund requests must be initiated directly with Apple or Google and are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store. The Ushorts Platform has no authority to directly process fund returns for App Store or Google Play orders, nor can we intervene in the app store's refund decisions.
1. Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and payment password. You shall bear any losses resulting from account theft or the unauthorized use of Diamonds due to your failure to safeguard your account.
2. Lawful Use You guarantee that the funds used to purchase Diamonds are from legitimate sources. You shall not use this service for money laundering, credit card cash-out, fraud, or any other illegal activities. Once discovered, the Platform will immediately freeze the account and report it to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
3. Special Terms for Minors If you are the guardian of a minor, please safeguard your payment device and password. Any recharge behavior conducted through your account or payment device shall be deemed authorized by you or performed by you personally. The Platform assumes no liability for refunds caused by accidental operations by minors, unless otherwise mandated by law.
If you violate this Agreement (including but not limited to using stolen credit cards for recharging, exploiting bugs to farm Diamonds, malicious refunds, etc.), the Platform has the right to take one or more of the following measures depending on the severity of the circumstances, without assuming any liability for compensation:
1. Force Majeure The Platform shall not be liable for recharge failures or service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, cyber-attacks, technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, or failures of third-party payment channels, but will strive to minimize the losses caused to you.
2. Service Changes The Platform reserves the right to adjust the selling price, redemption ratios, scope of use, or terminate the Diamond service based on business development needs. If the Platform terminates the Diamond service, we will make an announcement in the App in advance and protect your legal rights and interests in accordance with the law.
1. Governing Law The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform's operating entity is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
