DramaBeat Membership Service Agreement

• Ad-Free Experience: Removal of third-party commercial advertisements during video playback.
• Premium Content: Full access to DramaBeat Originals and early-access episodes.
• HD Quality: Exclusive access to high-definition and ultra-high-definition streaming options.
• Personalization: Member-exclusive profile badges and customized interface themes.

Membership is tied to the individual account. Users are prohibited from distributing, sharing, or reselling account credentials. DramaBeat utilizes automated systems to detect simultaneous logins; unauthorized sharing may result in temporary account lockouts.

By selecting a Weekly or Yearly subscription, you authorize DramaBeat to charge your linked payment method (Google Play Store / Apple App Store) on a recurring basis. Charges will typically occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

DramaBeat reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Users can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time through their platform settings (Google Play "Subscriptions" or iOS "Apple ID" settings). To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be performed at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current period.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of the respective app stores (Google/Apple). Please note that partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are generally not provided.

• Screen recording, downloading (except through official offline features), or re-uploading DramaBeat content to other platforms.
• Attempting to bypass digital rights management (DRM) or technical protection measures.
• Using automated scripts (bots/crawlers) to scrape content or data.

Violations of these terms may result in a tiered penalty system: (1) Formal warning, (2) 7-day service suspension, or (3) Permanent account termination without refund for severe or repeat offenses.

DramaBeat strives for 100% uptime but does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted due to maintenance or external network factors. Content availability may vary by region due to licensing restrictions.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for final resolution.
