UShorts APP Membership Service Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before subscribing to the membership service.

I. Membership Service Content

1.1 Member-Exclusive Benefits:
  • Enjoy an ad-free viewing experience.
  • Access to exclusive and early-access content.
  • Receive a special member badge.
1.2 Account Usage Restrictions:
  • The membership service is for the registered account holder's personal use only.
  • Any form of account sharing, transferring, or renting is strictly prohibited.

II. Subscription and Payment Terms

2.1 Subscription Plans:
  • We offer weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscription plans.
  • The auto-renewal option is enabled by default.
  • Fees will be automatically deducted from the user's linked payment account.
2.2 Price Adjustment Policy:
  • We reserve the right to adjust membership prices based on market conditions.
  • Users will be notified of any price changes 30 days in advance via in-app notifications.

III. Auto-Renewal Management

3.1 Cancellation Guide:
  • Android users must cancel auto-renewal through the Google Play Store.
  • Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

IV. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Actions:
  • Recording or distributing video content in any form.
  • Reverse-engineering, cracking, or other infringing activities on the app.
  • Using membership benefits for commercial profit.
4.2 Violation Penalties:
  • First violation: 7-day suspension of membership services.
  • Subsequent violations: Permanent termination of membership.
  • Legal action will be pursued against severe infringers.

V. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service Disclaimer:
  • Some content may be temporarily removed at the request of copyright holders.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
5.2 Users Under the Age of Majority:
  • Minor users must obtain consent from a legal guardian.
  • The platform does not assume guardianship responsibilities.

VI. Agreement Modification and Execution

6.1 Term Revisions:
  • Modifications to this agreement will be announced 15 days in advance.
  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6.2 Right to Terminate Service:
  • We reserve the right to terminate services for users who violate the terms.
  • No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription fees if service is terminated due to violations.

VII. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law:
  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
7.2 Jurisdiction:
  • Any disputes shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for resolution.

User Acknowledgment

I have fully read and understood all the terms of this agreement.

I agree to assume the risks associated with using the membership service.
